Manpack Accessories Order Form

Final sale / no refunds: All custom Manpack Accessory sales are final once the order enters the build queue, parts are allocated, or programming begins. Cancellations and refunds may not be accepted after that point. This does not limit any rights required by law for unshipped, damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

Shipping and lead time: Manpack Accessories are built in batches. Estimated build and shipping time will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on batch size, parts availability, programming complexity, and order volume. Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on the highest-rate product in the cart, not stacked per item.

Damage or defect policy: If an order arrives damaged, missing parts, or nonfunctional, the customer must contact RAIN Works within 7 days of delivery with photos and/or video. RAIN Works may repair, replace, or provide replacement parts at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse, water, heat exposure, improper charging, transmitting without a proper antenna, unauthorized modification, or user-installed accessories is not covered.

Safety & Legal Warnings

No unauthorized transmitting: Do not transmit on public safety, law enforcement, fire/EMS, aviation, marine, military, business, GMRS, FRS, MURS, or other regulated services unless you have the proper license, authorization, and legally appropriate equipment for that service.

RF exposure: This product can transmit RF energy. Keep antennas away from the body, head, face, children, pets, and bystanders while transmitting.

Antenna setup: Do not transmit without a properly connected antenna system. Loose or damaged coax, missing antenna connection, or improper setup may damage the radio and reduce performance.

Heat and durability: 3D printed PETG parts are more heat tolerant than PLA but can still deform under excessive heat. Do not store the Manpack in hot vehicles, direct sun, dashboards, garages, heaters, or other high-temperature environments for extended periods.

Not professional public safety equipment: RAIN Works Manpacks/Accessories are hobby/amateur radio communication kits. They are not public safety radios, military equipment, certified life-safety gear, or a replacement for professionally maintained emergency communication systems.
