Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy
By placing an order with RAINWorks LLC, you agree to these Purchase Terms and Refund Policy.
Manpacks/Accessories are custom-built products. Each Manpack/Accessory may involve parts allocation, assembly, testing, programming, documentation, and order-specific work.
A Manpack order may be cancelled only if it has not entered the build queue, parts have not been allocated, and programming or custom work has not begun.
Once a Manpack/Accessory order enters the build queue, parts are allocated, programming begins, or custom work starts, the sale may be considered final.
Standalone requested-area programming PDFs are custom digital products. They may not be refundable once research, programming work, formatting, or delivery has begun.
A requested-area programming PDF is a digital reference product only. It does not include a radio, Manpack, battery, charger, antenna, rails, mount, cable, or physical accessory.
Standalone accessory orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
PETG parts can deform from excessive heat. Do not leave PETG accessories, mounts, rails, or Manpack components in hot vehicles, direct sunlight, dashboards, garages, heaters, or other high-temperature environments for extended periods.
Customers are responsible for installation, fitment, safe use, radio setup, antenna setup, and compatibility with their own equipment unless compatibility is specifically stated in the product description.
Refunds or replacements are not available for damage caused by misuse, heat exposure, water damage, improper charging, improper installation, customer modification, unauthorized accessories, transmitting without a proper antenna, or failure to follow provided instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, defective, or incorrect, contact RAIN Works LLC within 7 days of delivery.

RAINWorks LLC may repair, replace, provide replacement parts, issue a refund, or otherwise resolve the issue at its discretion.
RAINWorks LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if required information is missing, the order appears fraudulent, the requested use appears unlawful, parts become unavailable, a website error occurs, or fulfillment becomes impractical.
RAINWorks products are not guaranteed emergency communication devices and are not a replacement for 911, cellular service, satellite communication, public safety systems, commercial emergency equipment, or professional emergency planning.
This policy may be updated at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
