Shipping Policy

RAINWorks LLC is a small, owner-operated business. Order processing time depends on product type, order volume, parts availability, programming workload, production schedule, and current build queue.

Manpacks are custom-built in batches and are not mass-produced inventory items.

Orders may be completed in groups of approximately 10–30 depending on demand, parts, programming workload, and production schedule. Customers deeper in the queue should expect a longer wait.

Estimated lead times will be communicated after ordering when possible. If you are next in the batch queue you will be contacted via email. Once contacted you will have two business days to complete payment, once payment is received your Manpack will enter the build process.

Standalone accessories may ship faster than Manpacks if they are already made and available.

Standalone requested-area programming PDFs are digital products and have no physical shipping charge. Digital delivery may occur by email, download link, or another digital method.

Shipping is charged based on the highest-rate physical item in the cart and does not stack per item.

Current flat-rate shipping categories:

PETG MOLLE BNC Mount shipping: $17.50

PETG Rail System with Integrated BNC Mount shipping: $17.50

5052 1/8" Aluminum Rails: $17.50

Full Manpack System shipping: $20

Examples:

If a customer orders a Manpack and a PETG MOLLE BNC Mount together, shipping is $20 total.
If a customer orders a PETG Rail System and a PETG MOLLE BNC Mount together, shipping is $17.50 total.
If a customer orders only a standalone requested-area programming PDF, there is no shipping charge.

Standard shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States unless otherwise stated.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses will not be available through standard checkout at this time.

RAINWorks LLC may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available shipping provider. Tracking will be provided when available.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. RAINWorks LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. RAINWorks LLC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or missing something, contact RAINWorks LLC within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number if available, a description of the issue, and photos and/or video of the packaging and item.

RAINWorks LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

RAINWorks LLC does not guarantee emergency fulfillment, rush shipping, immediate delivery, or delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.

This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this website.
